Prudential Overall Supply is looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Engineer to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an engineering professional who wants to contribute to large-scale projects that have a direct impact on our business and services. They play a vital role in our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers and partners.Responsibilities:· Provide Engineering Support for Capital projects, including new plant construction, setup, installation, and start-up.· Develop concept workflow layout using AutoCAD.· Utilize MS Excel to produce Engineering reports and charts, and perform data analysis as needed.· Assist with new project initiatives as required, performing tasks as directed by the Project Engineer.· Company travel as required with overnight stays (up to 50%).· Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.· Identify and suggest possible improvements to engineering procedures.· Other responsibilities as required.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.· Preferred 2 years of experience in the engineering industry with hands-on experience in project management and engineering support.· Proficient in AutoCAD software.· Ability to work collaboratively with team members to drive projects to successful, on-time completion.· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to the appropriate audience.· Experience in data analysis and report building with MS Excel.Benefits of working at Prudential Overall Supply:- Competitive hourly rate. Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
