The US Service team is seeking an Accounting Associate to support the Cash & Financial Control Teams. We are looking for a highly motivated, team-player who embraces opportunities & can shift priorities as necessary to meet the organizations deliverables. You will be encouraged to identify & improve various Cash & Financial Control processes, add to best practices, inter-department collaboration, challenge the status quo and participate in multi-functional team meetings.

The salary range for this role is from $51,200.00 to $76,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

The US Service team is seeking an Accounting Associate to support the Cash & Financial Control Teams. What You Can Expect
- Complete daily wire input/approvals
- Handle reconciliations
- Complete various cash activities, and suspense functions.
- General Ledger voucher preparation & wire support.
- Maintain records to ensure completeness and accuracy in support of the Annuities & Life businesses.
- Participate in accounting projects
- Communication with business areas at all levels
- The team follows EST time zone & has daily rotations until 5:10
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of accounting
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and multi-task
- Requires an analytical, organized, self-motivated, driven individual
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- Microsoft Excel skills
