TITLE: Scrum Master
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and delivery artifacts in Jira
- Support sprint forecasting, capacity planning, and backlog readiness
- Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalate issues promptly
- Coordinate with IT teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor delivery metrics and provide status updates
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work under the guidance of the Senior Scrum Master Lead
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Experience with Confluence and/or ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of Scrum fundamentals and Agile principles
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience supporting Oracle Applications teams
- Experience with Agile metrics and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of overall IT experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or Agile Project Coordinator
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments
