Role Description The Operations Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Lindon, UT. The role involves monitoring routine processes, supporting daily operations, and helping prepare reportss and materials for internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Assistant will respond to inquiries, provide general administrative support, and collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues promptly. This role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and clear communication with colleagues and clients. You will manage, track financial workflows (such as payments and loan draws), and handle practical local errands.

What You'll Do
- Executive Support: Keep leadership organized by managing daily priorities, inbox/calendar workflows, and digital files.
- Financial Admin: Assist with processing payments, tracking loan draws, and organizing transaction records.
- Communication & Admin: Serve as a warm, professional contact for partners, lenders, and vendors, while keeping databases updated.
- Local Errands: Execute local errands in the Lindon area (bank runs, supply pickups, document drop-offs).
Who You Are
- Organized & Eager to Learn: You default to structure, notice the small details, and pick up new processes quickly.
- Tech-Savvy & Reliable: Comfortable with Google Workspace/Excel, possess strong communication skills, and hold a valid driver's license for errands.
- Ideal: Experience with social media/photo/video content or basic finance/accounting knowledge is a major plus.
