- 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Development or Production
- Experience working with overseas vendors and managing development timelines
- Familiarity with product specifications, artwork, and development workflows
- Experience in textiles, home, fashion, or a related category preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Initiative and ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Strong communicator, able to translate clearly across design, merchandising, production, and vendors
- Proactive and accountable, with consistent follow-through
- Effective multitasker across multiple timelines and priorities
- Comfortable working with overseas vendors and navigating development workflows
