Job Title: Bilingual Forklift Driver (Warehouse)
Location: Near Orlando International Airport (MCO), Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate:
$14.00/hour (first 40 hours)
$21.00/hour (overtime)
Pay Frequency: Weekly (every Tuesday)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team near Orlando International Airport. This role requires operating forklifts safely and efficiently while supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jacks as needed) safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, and stack products and materials
Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
Maintain accurate inventory and assist with tracking shipments
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
Previous forklift experience required
Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Friday)
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
