Job Overview
Our company works on PublicSafety Communications Towers. We install new l&A's, repair existing ones, install and maintain tower lighting systems, conduct TIA inspections, mappings etc.....
Need someone who is a self motivated individual, able to train when needed, lead the team to complete projects to exceed our clients' expectations.
Duties
- Supervise and lead construction crew on-site to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Provide training and support to crew members in the use of tools and equipment, including ohmmeters for electrical tasks.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials and labor, to optimize

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
