Quality Assurance Representative

Overview
The ideal candidate is located in Grand Junction, has construction or delivery experience, and is willing and able to perform the below duties. The candidate must also be willing to travel.

Duties:

During a build:

• Evaluating job sites for any safety violations that do not comply with OSHA standards.
• Reporting safety violations through photo evidence and stopping work until violations have been remedied.
• Evaluating job sites for damage caused by crews or material suppliers.
• Reporting bad crew behavior to company managers. (horseplay, drinking, smoking, urinating on property, etc.)
• Relaying information from Company managers to subcontractors on site.
• Taking construction photos for insurance supplementation/documentation.
• Talking to homeowners whenever on a job site. Answering construction questions and or directing financial/other trade questions to Account Managers.
• Driving roofing materials to and from job sites using a Company truck.

After a build:

• Conducting secondary cleans/nail sweeps after a job has been completed.
• Assessing the roof and property post-build for any quality control issues (unsealed nails, missing bird-stops, damaged gutters, damaged sidewalls, damaged patio furniture, etc)
• Relaying any homeowner's post-build concerns to in-office Production Managers/Account Managers.
• Setting ladders for county inspections and in some rare cases waiting for the inspector to arrive.

Qualifications:

• Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
• Onsite work in the field
• Willing to climb a ladder and be on roof
