Program Leader II - Tulare (TCSD)

Position Overview

The Program Leader II at Tulare City School District (TCSD) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating program activities to ensure effective service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, program management experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise program staff to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with agency policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to services for individuals with disabilities.
• Proficiency in data collection and program evaluation methods.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
