Position Details:
In-person role

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review title opinions related to oil, gas, and mineral rights, as well as land and real estate matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis concerning property ownership, land use, and mineral rights.
Collaborate with team members to develop efficient, client-focused legal strategies.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in legal opinions and documentation.
Requirements:
Licensed attorney in good standing (preference for licensure in Pennsylvania and/or West Virginia)
1 year of legal experience
