Key Responsibilities: Utilize market insights and industry knowledge to drive informed decision-making with clients, impacting commercial and operational performance of suppliers Gain and manage stakeholder engagement at all appropriate levels and influence effectively Provide input into the client’s scope of requirements and specification design, proposing best practice approaches to the market Develop robust strategies that challenge clients’ thinking and drive cost transformation Develop negotiation plans and manage the negotiation process with client and suppliers Provide commercial input on contract terms and conditions with suppliers Agree on mobilization plans and manage activities with client and suppliers as required Contribute to the development of Proxima’s internal knowledge development in the Professional Services category About You: Operating in a client-facing environment in a consultancy Strong professional services category knowledge – Legal, Consultancy, Audit, BPO Change management experience Experience of managing and coaching junior team members Demonstrable experience of articulating value propositions to clients Proven track record in delivering high-quality, strategic Procurement projects Flexibility to travel domestically as required Excellent planning, negotiation, and written & oral communication skills Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation, and data analytical skills Our culture at Proxima is unique and is what makes us stand out.
