The individual will also engage with candidates and clients through effective communication and collaboration to meet business goals and staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Account Management for staffing projects
- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and achieve staffing goals
- Familiarity with the US staffing industry is beneficial
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
