CNC Operator - Day or Swing Shift or Weekend

We are currently in search for a CNC Operator to join our team!

Schedule: 2:30 to 1 am; Monday-Thursday OR

5 am to 3:30 pm Monday-Thursday OR

5 am to 5:30 pm Friday-Sunday

Salary: depending on experience.

CNC MACHINIST

The CNC Machinist role is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of all CNC machining and operations. This role is tasked with working in close concert with other machinist, leads, engineering teams, and operations management to increase productivity and optimize machining programs and procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with complex surfacing, contours, with aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to setup multi-station machining operations
• Maintain AS9100 controls during manufacturing.
• Knowledge of carbide tools and adjusting speed and feed parameters for maximum tool life.
• Generate machine fixtures and tooling.
• Meets expectations for productivity and production goals.
• Constantly keeping products/projects moving.
• Provides consistent ideas for process improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience with Haas, Makino and Doosan
• 5-axis experience is a plus, as is experience with Heidenhain controls

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted.
• Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position.
• Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
