Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for applicants, employees, and clients, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist applicants, employees, and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule interviews and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist applicants with onboarding paperwork and employment documents
- Maintain employee records and update databases accurately
- Perform data entry and general administrative support
- Verify identification and complete onboarding procedures
- Support recruiters with candidate flow and office coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and other clerical duties
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
- Part Time
- Monday–Friday, 9am - 2pm
Pay:
- $18/hr.
