Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate hoists, winches, cranes, and lifting solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
- Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Support customers with product selection and basic technical guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, logistics) to ensure timely delivery
- Track sales activities and update CRM system regularly
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- 2 years of experience in sales (industrial, technical, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and specifications
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Experience with lifting equipment, rigging, or industrial machinery
- Familiarity with standards such as OSHA, ASME, or UL
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission structure
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM – 5 PM)
