About the Role

We are a functional medicine and integrative wellness clinic seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care and administer advanced therapies in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

This role is ideal for a nurse who is interested in root-cause medicine, preventative care, and wellness-based therapies, and who enjoys building relationships with patients over time. You will work closely with clinicians to support patient care plans, provide education, and help guide patients through their treatment journey.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Patient Support

• Perform patient intake and obtain vital signs
• Support providers during patient visits as needed
• Educate patients on treatment plans, therapies, and next steps
• Provide ongoing patient coaching and support in partnership with clinicians
• Ensure a calm, supportive, and professional patient experience

Patient Communication, Scheduling & Triage

• Assist with scheduling clinical visits and therapy sessions as needed
• Respond to patient questions via phone, text, or email in a timely and professional manner
• Triage patient concerns and communicate appropriately with providers
• Help guide patients through care plans, labs, and follow-up needs

IV Therapy

• Administer IV nutrient therapies
• Start and manage IV lines
• Monitor patients during treatments
• Ensure proper documentation and safety protocols

Ozone Therapy Support

• Assist with ozone therapies (training provided as needed)
• Follow all safety and clinical protocols
• Monitor patient response during treatments

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

• Oversee patient safety during HBOT sessions
• Assist with chamber operation as needed
• Monitor patients before, during, and after sessions

Additional Wellness Therapies

• Support red light therapy and other services as needed
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas

Clinical Operations

• Maintain accurate charting and documentation
• Follow clinic protocols and procedures
• Support inventory management of clinical supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
• Strong IV skills and confidence starting IVs
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to triage patient needs and communicate effectively with providers
• Ability to work independently in a small clinic setting
• Professional, calm, and patient-centered demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IV therapy in a wellness or outpatient setting
• Interest in functional medicine, integrative health, or longevity
• Experience with ozone therapy, HBOT, or similar therapies (not required)
• Comfort with patient education, coaching, and relationship-based care
• Experience coordinating care plans or supporting providers in a clinical setting

Compensation

Hourly Pay:
$35–$40 per hour, based on experience
