We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager responsible for the post-sales relationships with ProviderTrust’s valued clients, ensuring retention and growth through meaningful engagement with key account decision makers. A strong Enterprise Account Manager will possess demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry and a proven ability to excel in balancing customer needs with company business objectives. This role requires a strong, client-focused, and driven strategic mindset to discover opportunities to guide clients on receiving maximum value from their ProviderTrust solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account or client management, with a proven track record of driving growth, strategy, and executive/decision-maker-level relationships
- Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred, with a preference for backgrounds in Health Plans or Providers
- Tech-Savvy: Strong experience working with healthcare-related data and technology, with hands-on experience managing SaaS platforms
- Education: BA, BS, or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in cultivating and growing client relationships, showcasing product/service value, and identifying opportunities for account growth
Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Account Planning: Guide internal teams and clients in strategic account planning to drive retention, growth, and value delivery. Own the end-to-end account experience
- Secure Renewals and Long-Term Relationships: Lead in strategy and process to complete client renewals
- Identify and Close Upsell Opportunities: Proactively identify and close upsell opportunities within your client portfolio to maximize revenue and drive account growth
- Collaborate on Cross-Sell Opportunities: Partner with the Business Development team to identify, scope, and close new cross-sell opportunities within your client accounts
- Foster Executive-Level Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships at all levels within client organizations, emphasizing decision-maker engagement and development
- Analyze Account Health and Risk: Monitor key client metrics to assess account health, identify risks, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and improve client outcomes
- Advocate for Client Needs: Build strong cross-functional relationships internally to prioritize client needs, escalate client satisfaction issues, and drive solutions that foster retention and growth
- Voice of the Client: Represent the voice of the client to drive innovation in products and services that align with market demands and enhance client value
- Adapt to Client Needs: Demonstrate flexibility in managing client relationships and resolving issues, adapting your approach to different situations while focusing on results
- Communicate Trends and Insights: Develop clear and concise communications that highlight how emerging trends in healthcare and compliance monitoring impact client strategies and workflows

- Ability to quickly learn proprietary data and technology products and understand the value proposition to our clients
- Possesses a strategic mindset able to focus on the bigger picture while ensuring day-to-day tasks are supported appropriately
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and disciplined client record-keeping
- An ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively. If the way forward is not certain, make sound decisions even in the absence of complete information
