Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Supervise food preparation and kitchen activities, maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs to meet budget goals.
- Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Utilize POS system for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food handling procedures, and safety standards across all restaurant areas.
- Coordinate with the PROVIDERS Store Manager to support community workshops and events, help oversee inventory control of perishable grocery items.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service or casual dining environments.
- Strong background in supervising teams with superb leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling is essential.

Pay: $54,052.66 - $65,095.67 per year
