Join Kadlec Clinic as a full-time Urologist in its Urology Hospitalist team in Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to perform a broad range of general Urology procedures in an inpatient setting as part of a dedicated, collaborative team. Enjoy exceptional work-life balance in four mild seasons in sunny southeastern Washington’s Wine Country; the Tri-Cities region. * 95% inpatient care * Shift based position * 16 hours per month clinic time for hospital follow-up and post ops * 7-on/7-off schedule * Support of IR and CR surgeons available * Generous OR time available * 2 Davinci Robots, Aquablation, and lithotripsy available * 2 years practice experience is required * H1b visa and 2028 J1 waiver eligible * PSLF eligible and complimentary student loan consultant * Generous recruitment incentives including $15,000 relocation, $5,000 annual CME * Compensation is between $511,699 and $674,990 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
