- Balanced patient load with emphasis on more one-on-one time
- Large amount of autonomy to lead direction of practice
- Beautiful location in an affluential community just north of Albuquerque
- National healthcare network support is available to assist with EHR software, insurance provider enrollment, marketing, and other business operations
- Must be a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
- Currently has, or can obtain, licensure in New Mexico
- Passion for relationship-centered and community-oriented preventive care
- Experience providing longitudinal primary care and managing patients over time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Desire to practice medicine in an environment with greater autonomy and fewer admin burdens
