Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Primary Care

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its Primary Care team at Providence Health Center - Reed’s Crossing in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, value-based environment where team-based care and whole-person health are at the center of the patient experience. You’ll work alongside physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, case management, and a dedicated support team. This non-paneled position provides both direct patient care and indirect care, including in-basket management, allowing you to play an important role in supporting patients and the broader care team. Located within the growing Reed’s Crossing community, the clinic is surrounded by green spaces, walking trails, and bike paths, offering an appealing setting for both patients and caregivers. * Full-time, 1.0 FTE, working approximately 4 to days per week * Monday through Friday with Wednesdays off and daytime hours * Non-paneled, team-based practice * Mix of direct patient care and indirect patient care, including in-basket management * Seeking candidates comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics * Collaborative, multidisciplinary care model * Guaranteed salary plus a generous quality incentive * Signing bonus and relocation assistance available **Where You’ll Work** Providence Health Center - Reed's Crossing is a 118,000 square foot clinic and wellness center in Hillsboro, Oregon, that features Primary Care, Women’s Health, Dermatology, Urgent Care, Imaging and Physical Therapy services.
