Island Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Pediatrician to join its team at a clinic in the vibrant coastal community of Anacortes, Washington.
You will be part of the Island Primary Care M Avenue Clinic, a comprehensive Primary Care center. Here, you will focus on general outpatient pediatric services while working alongside a well-established team of Family Medicine professionals. You will join a clinic with strong support team in place comprised of MAs, LPNs and RNs with an additional on-site Child Psychiatrist consult available at all times. Island Health, a Level III trauma center and Level II stroke center, is a 43-bed facility in Anacortes, Washington with 170 board-certified physicians and providers. Island Health has received multiple honors and awards including Top 100 amongst Rural & Community Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health as well as service excellence awards in Orthopedic Surgery, Joint Replacement, Spinal Fusion Surgery, Obstetrics and Emergency Care.

Position Details:
- 3 or 4-day work week
- Outpatient with newborn nursery call
- Low call burden with 1:6
- Well established group with defined market opportunities
- Integrated Meditech Expanse EMR platform with integrated ambient listening for documentation
- Strong team environment with multispecialty support
- Total Compensation Range: $254,562-$311,132
- Relocation Assistance
- Loan repayment eligible for PLFS
- $25,000 Sign on bonus
- Competitive base salary guarantee, relocation allowance and productivity incentives the first year of employment, comprehensive benefits package; retirement plan; CME allowance; malpractice coverage
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Active Washington State Medical License or the ability to obtain one
- 2 to 5 years of experience is preferred
