Orthopedic Surgeon

Kadlec is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joints to join a well-established, high-volume orthopedic practice in Richland, Washington. This position is primarily based at the Swift clinic and is supported by a strong hospital partnership and a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The orthopedic group serves the greater Tri-Cities community through two conveniently located Richland clinics, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care with an excellent referral network and efficient, streamlined workflows. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collegial and experienced team while enjoying an exceptional quality of life along the scenic Columbia River in southeast Washington. * Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule * Mix of outpatient clinic and dedicated surgery time * Supportive leadership and collegial orthopedic team * Level II Trauma Center * 1:6 call rotation * 2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome * Generous CME allowance and paid time off * Compensation is between $712,719 and $893,447 per year * Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement * As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness _The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
