Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate Family Medicine

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician associate to join a collegial, patient centered medical home at PMG Happy Valley, serving a growing and family friendly community in southeast Portland. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, indirect care, and inbox support within an integrated, team-based care model. You’ll collaborate closely with behavioral health clinicians, clinical pharmacy, nursing staff, and an experienced exception support team, allowing you to focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality care while practicing at the top of your license.
