Join Providence Medical Group (PMG) as a full-time Urgent Care nurse practitioner or physician assistant at the Monroe Walk-In Care Clinic in Monroe, Washington. In this outpatient role you'll be working with a high-functioning, close-knit team while serving this northwest Washington community. The PMG Monroe location offers a range of services in addition to the Walk in Clinic, including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, specialty services, and onsite imaging and lab services. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, on-demand care team while enjoying an outstanding quality of life in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. **Position Details:** Full-time position with 3 shifts per week schedule Shift-based schedule and consistent hours Established outpatient care only practice Highly experienced and collegial team environment **Compensation & Benefits:** Compensation is between $146,061 and $193,720 per year Comprehensive benefits provided including health, vision, dental, retirement, PTO and more Sign-on bonus is available _The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
