- Compensation is between $126,376 and $162,576 per year
- The compensation amounts listed include base, productivity & quality/service incentives, and call pay
- Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement
- As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
