Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family Medicine | 4x10 Schedule

Providence Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Family Medicine Residency clinic in Chehalis, Washington. This is an un‑empaneled position designed to support physician patient overflow and improve timely patient access in order to ensure quality of care goals are met. You will practice in a collaborative, team-based environment that offers integrated services including on-site laboratory, behavioral health, and pharmacy support.
