Position Details: * Full-time position * 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour day shifts; 168 shifts per year * Inpatient care; no call * Primarily day shift position with possibility of some nights as needed * Open ICU and opportunity for procedures * Dedicated, collegial group * Established, supportive Hospitalist program started in 2007 * Safe community with excellent schools, vibrant food, wine and art scene, and an abundance of outdoor recreation options * Perfect blend of culture and education; university town with strong agricultural heritage and pride in diversity Compensation & Benefits: * Compensation is between $331,411 and $373,442 per year * As a non-profit, Providence qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program * Generous recruitment incentives The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
