_PMG Reed’s Crossing Dermatology | Hillsboro, Oregon | 0.75 FTE or Full‑Time (1.0 FTE)_ Providence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join our established, physician‑led dermatology group in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Located in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, this role offers exceptional quality of life—mountain snow, ocean beaches, outdoor recreation, and Willamette Valley wine country are all within easy reach. **Position Highlights:** * Flexible FTE options: 0.75 FTE (3 days per week) or 1.0 FTE (4 days per week) * 30 hours per week direct patient care for 1.0 FTE * Physician-designed schedules with flexibility in template creation * 15-minute visits for standard appointments * 30-45 minute procedure slots, based on physician preference * Immediate patient demand with a robust waitlist * Cosmetic dermatology opportunities available * Option to read some or all of your own dermatopathology * On-site Narrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy * New graduates welcome to apply **Compensation & Incentives:** * Guaranteed base salary of $450,000 annually for 1.0 FTE * Exceptional earning potential with production bonus.
