Adolescent Medicine Physician

Providence Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Adolescent Medicine physician to join our multi-disciplinary team in Spokane, Washington. This full-time position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from comprehensive outpatient care to limited inpatient services, with a focus on improving adolescent health. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive adolescent care, including management of eating disorders, gynecology, nutrition and exercise counseling, STD testing and treatment, substance abuse assessment and referral, parent/child conflict counseling, and more. * Primarily based in an outpatient clinic environment with some inpatient responsibilities. * Collaborate with a team of pediatric specialists and other healthcare professionals in a dedicated Children’s Hospital setting. * Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students from three local medical schools: University of Washington, Washington State University, and Spokane Teaching Health Center. **Qualifications:** * Board Certified/Board Eligible in Adolescent Medicine. * Strong interest and commitment to adolescent health and comprehensive care. * Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Teaching experience or interest in working with medical residents is preferred * New graduates are welcome to apply **Benefits:** * Easy access to system-wide consulting specialists * Compensation is between $214,647 and $302,963 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives and call pay * Annual CME benefits * Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental and retirement * Opportunity for professional growth within a supportive and dynamic team environment. * Utilize new and emerging technologies, including DAX ambient transcription using AI-generated notes, to support clinical documentation. **Where You’ll Work** Providence Medical Group - Eastern Washington is a physician-led network of more than 700 primary and specialty care providers in clinic locations across Spokane and Stevens counties.
