Role Description
We are seeking an Outreach Coordinator for a contract role. This is a remote position. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for identifying medical practices and groups, hospital organizations, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our educational programs. This role involves coordinating with healthcare providers, conducting research on outreach opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in lead generation to enhance program growth and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Community Outreach skills to effectively connect with stakeholders and represent the organization.
- Previous experience as a hospital liason, medical practice coordinator, or event coordinator with a medical background is required
.
- Experience in Customer Service with a focus on fostering positive experiences and addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in Research to identify and evaluate opportunities for outreach and engagement.
- Ability to interface with physicians and healthcare providers/practice managers to promote our professional development programs.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to coordinate in person meetings between senior leadership and local contacts in our home cities

- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the healthcare or education sector.
