Provider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
- Support patients with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents and patients
- Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Most have knowledge of hoyer left
- Active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
- Previous experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of patient rights, dignity, and person-centered care
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
