- Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols as needed.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse client base when applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services or a related field, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in using computerized systems for record keeping and transaction processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
