Entry Level Caregiver $20+

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient In-Home Caregiver to provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. No prior caregiving experience is required; training will be provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders (no medication administration unless permitted by state regulations and company policy).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow each client's care plan while respecting their privacy, dignity, and personal preferences.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous caregiving experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with mobility when necessary.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other screenings required by Oregon law.

Working Conditions:
