This is a full-time, on-site position for an RN/LPN located in Waterloo, IA. The primary responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring and recording patient health data, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop care plans. Additional duties involve ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Iowa.
- Proficiency in patient care, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient health, and providing compassionate support.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety practices, and accurate documentation standards.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
