🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Master’s preferred)
CPA or EA is a plus
5 years in public accounting or an accounting/finance role
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax fundamentals
📌 Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
Use QBO to manage financial data and generate reports
Record and classify daily transactions
Clean up financials and complete bank reconciliations on time and within budget
Prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast‑moving environment
Maintain strong organizational systems and processes
