Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervising nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Managing staff hiring, training, scheduling, and workflow.
- Conducting performance evaluations, resolving employee issues, and enforcing discipline.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in long-term or post-acute care.
- 1 year in a supervisory or management role preferred.
- Current RN license and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, infection control, and regulatory standards.
