We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse for the Stepdown Unit (SDU) in Prescott, Arizona.

Responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced SDU setting, monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress
