Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical (MS) to join our team in Moreno Valley, California. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient conditions, and implement appropriate interventions in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Monitoring patient vital signs and symptoms, and accurately documenting findings
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans
• Educating patients and their families on post-discharge care and health maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies
  
  

Successful candidates will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
