- Accurately identify and stage specimens for testing
- Pack and ship specimens to designated testing facilities
- Perform precise data entry of patient information
- Resolve and document problem specimens while meeting departmental production goals
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable handling biological specimens
- Strong organizational and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Pass standardized color blindness test
