Role: Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and other needs in home and community settings.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, transportation, and community engagement.
  • Follow individualized care plans to ensure proper support.
  • Document progress and support behavior and safety plans.
  • Collaborate with families and care teams.
