- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment, considering physical, social, cultural, and spiritual factors.
- Applies evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs, serving as a role model and mentor to colleagues.
- Performs clinical duties such as point-of-care testing, while maintaining safety and alertness at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure.
- Minimum of one year of registered nurse experience for float roles or two years for regional float roles.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform necessary clinical tasks.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.
