- Nursing Diagnosis & Outcomes: Analyze assessments to determine diagnoses and expected outcomes collaboratively.
- Implementation & Coordination: Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions to achieve patient care goals, coordinating with the care team.
- Evaluation: Monitor and assess patient outcomes, using critical thinking to address problems and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Discharge Planning: Evaluate and coordinate discharge needs, utilizing available resources.
- Professional Practice: Maintain high standards of nursing practice, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.
- Diploma or ADN required; BSN or MSN preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
- Current Oklahoma RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required and must be maintained.
- New graduates must complete a nurse residency program.
