- Perform first-assist tasks including tissue handling, retraction, hemostasis, and suturing as directed
- Conduct thorough pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
- Document intraoperative nursing care and relevant observations
- Support patient safety and adherence to infection prevention protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities
- Registered Nurse with strong perioperative nursing knowledge
- Proficiency in sterile technique and intraoperative safety practices
- Ability to coordinate effectively with surgeons and multidisciplinary OR staff
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
