Physical Therapist

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist in a hospital-based setting, responsible for providing individualized patient care to evaluate, treat, and restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals
• Accurately document assessments, treatments, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
