- Educate patients and families about care plans and health needs.
- Support throughput by flexing across stepdown and overflow beds, ensuring safe handoffs.
- Current RN licensure with relevant experience in stepdown, ICU, or med-surg settings.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
