Implementing department policies, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license, CPR certification, and preferred experience in skilled nursing. Must demonstrate good judgment, reasoning skills, and a positive attitude toward patients.
Key Duties: Evaluate patient needs, revise care plans, interpret policies, and adhere to care standards. Maintain licensure, exhibit teamwork, and uphold a commitment to quality care and customer service.
