This role is for a Paramedic responsible for providing high-quality emergency medical care in both pre-hospital and hospital settings.

- Responding promptly to emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism and compassion
- Assessing, treating, stabilizing, and transporting patients experiencing medical or trauma emergencies
- Delivering life-saving interventions using advanced medical equipment and performing invasive procedures within scope of practice
- Operating emergency vehicles safely and supporting hospital-based care within multidisciplinary teams
- Monitoring patient conditions and making critical decisions in real-time
- Collaborating with emergency responders and healthcare providers for coordinated patient care
- Minimum 2 years EMS experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED, with completion of a Paramedic course
- Active Montana Paramedic license or equivalent, with required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS)
- Additional certifications such as PHTLS, NRP, EVOC, and Critical Care Transport endorsed preferred
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Physical ability to lift over 75 pounds
