- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in inpatient and/or outpatient settings
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement interventions to promote independence in daily living, work, and self-care
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health strategies
- Document patient progress and interventions in the EHR
- Contribute to quality improvement and ongoing learning initiatives
- Experience in occupational therapy practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to evaluate functional abilities and develop effective treatment plans
