Charge Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead daily clinical care, oversee nursing operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, participant-centered care in a PACE setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Coordinating and supervising clinical activities and workflows
• Providing leadership and support to the clinical team
• Monitoring and managing acute and chronic health conditions
• Administering medications, treatments, immunizations, and wound care
• Conducting assessments and contributing to care planning
• Assisting with staff onboarding, training, and inventory management
• Supporting quality improvement, compliance, and audit readiness
• Participating in after-hours on-call and holiday rotations
  
  

Qualifications Include

• Current RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Preferred: two years of Charge Nurse or leadership experience
• At least one year working with elderly or long-term care populations
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Commitment to compassionate, participant-focused care
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to work beyond normal hours and in varied environments
• Full vaccination against influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B or willingness to become vaccinated
• Meeting CMS competency standards prior to independent work
