We are seeking a compassionate Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead daily clinical care, oversee nursing operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, participant-centered care in a PACE setting.

- Coordinating and supervising clinical activities and workflows
- Providing leadership and support to the clinical team
- Monitoring and managing acute and chronic health conditions
- Administering medications, treatments, immunizations, and wound care
- Conducting assessments and contributing to care planning
- Assisting with staff onboarding, training, and inventory management
- Supporting quality improvement, compliance, and audit readiness
- Participating in after-hours on-call and holiday rotations
- Current RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Preferred: two years of Charge Nurse or leadership experience
- At least one year working with elderly or long-term care populations
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate, participant-focused care
- Willingness to work beyond normal hours and in varied environments
- Full vaccination against influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B or willingness to become vaccinated
- Meeting CMS competency standards prior to independent work
